On February 28, 2026, at The Statler Hotel in Dallas, the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association (NTRCA) proudly unveiled its 2026 Board of Directors and honored the Industry Leader of the Year and Associate of the Year. The association also recognized its Golden Hammer Award winners for outstanding roofing projects completed in 2025.
Industry Leader and Associate of the Year Honorees
The prestigious Industry Leader of the Year award, NTRCA’s highest honor, was presented to Tina Hall, Chief Executive Officer of Joe Hall Roofing & Contracting.
The Associate of the Year award was given to Karen Ensley, Partner with Ensley Benitez Law PC.
